The Liquids Dispensing System
is fed from a series of pails, drums, totes or tank farms. Materials supplied
to the dispensing system may be gravity and / or pump fed. The system has
the capability of starting and stopping pumps, opening valves and monitoring
flow rates.
OPERATION
The operator is required
to place an empty container on the weighing platform. The operator then
keys in product to be placed in container according to weight and sequence.
The control system proceeds
to fulfill the requirement while constantly ensuring the weight achieved
is within acceptable tolerances.
